WhoM we help
Our Services
We work with Transaction Sponsors, including independent sponsors, private-equity firms, junior-capital investment firms, family offices, and family- and entrepreneur-owned businesses. We help them:
Raise debt and equity capital for their investee companies,
Find the right human capital (in the role of operating partners, independent directors, advisors, and consultants) that can drive strategic change and operational improvements in their companies, and
Reduce many of their pain points in pursuing transactions and operating their organizations
For each capital-advisory mandate, CapHub curates the right categories of investors to target based on the circumstances of that specific situation. Our relationships with Capital Providers span the middle market, and we deploy a systematic, technology-enabled process to deliver capital solutions. CapHub connects Transaction Sponsors with various types of Capital Providers, each with their own types of capital solutions. Examples include:
Family offices
Endowments, pension funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors
Private-equity firms
Mezzanine, structured-equity, and junior-capital investors
Bank and non-bank lenders
SBIC funds
The middle-market is highly dynamic and is a major growth driver of the U.S. economy, yet it is a highly fragmented ecosystem comprising tens of thousands of companies. CapHub gives Capital Providers access to actionable and curated investment opportunities matching their investment preferences. Our platform helps organize due diligence and streamline how information and documents are stored and shared.
Given the large number of companies, Transaction Sponsors, and intermediaries, many service providers find it a challenging ecosystem to cover. CapHub helps Service Providers get involved when their specific expertise is relevant and valuable to the various stakeholders.

WHY THE MIDDLE-MARKET
The middle-market is highly dynamic and is a major growth driver of the U.S. economy, yet it is a highly fragmented ecosystem
It includes tens of thousands of companies; thousands of business owners (including professional investors such as private-equity firms, family offices, and independent sponsors, as well as entrepreneurs and families); thousands of Capital Providers (including bank and non-bank lenders, family offices, private-equity investors, and other institutional investors); and numerous providers of human capital (including advisors, consultants, and independent directors) who can actually help those companies.

This fragmentation can create significant opportunities for astute investors, and CapHub can help turn those opportunities into reality.

TEAM
Meet Our Leadership Team
CapHub’s founders have personally felt the impact of inefficiencies in the middle-market deal ecosystem and founded CapHub to address these pain points.
We are creating a more efficient middle market by helping participants raise the capital necessary to complete their transactions, attract the right human capital to a given situation to help improve the investee company, and reduce many of the pain points of doing so. And our goal is to do all this while also bringing to bear a technology perspective that helps create efficiencies for everyone involved.
